MOVIECOLOR® BORDOCAMPO : reliability and security

The Moviecolor® Bordocampo module is fed at 48 Vcc, more precisely with three power levels: 220/380V, 48V and 5V. This brings with it three advantages:

+ Compliance with all electricity safety regulations, including outdoor regulations.

+ Current and voltage stability and hence absolute brightness homogeneity.

+ Reliability and protection against voltage surges and lightning.

+ Power supply can be via the grid or battery, depending on requirements.

MOVIECOLOR® BORDOAMPO: for a superior image

The SMD Moviecolor® Bordocampo is equipped with real-time video electronics.
The refresh frequency is 300 Hz for low tones and 4,800 Hz for high tones and is thus compatible with all television standards, including high definition.

Photographic images, too, are of good quality.

MOVIECOLOR® BORDOCAMPO: max. lightness for a fast assembly

The Moviecolor® Bordocampo modules are built wholly in aluminum, and in the intermediate 90 cm version weigh no more than 72 Kg each. They can thus be moved and installed very easily.
With power supplies and all accessories included, an SMD Moviecolor® Bordocampo system of 80 modules (216 m) weighs less than 80,000 kg and takes up only 40 m3, practically half that of our main competitors. It can be transported on a normal truck and installed in 4-5 hours.
The Moviecolor® Bordocampo comes with bases whose inclination and height can be adjusted on every single module for perfect connection and alignment. Last but not least, it should be noted that the SMD Moviecolor® Bordocampos can be installed vertically using very few accessories and in such a way as to form large-size video screens.
The Moviecolor® Bordocampo systems are equipped from suitable accessories, just studied to allow an intelligent logistic, from the lift handles to the special transport trolleys able to carry each one 5 modules and to be towed directly on the field without any damages for the grass field.

MOVIECOLOR® BORDOCAMPO: low tension on the field, electrical class III

Moviecolor® Bordocampo SMD has an aluminum screen with an amount of plastic (polycarbonate) of just 160 g/m, and therefore complies with all fire regulations. A product created with traditional technology contains 60 times more plastic and resins.
The Moviecolor® Bordocampo functions at 48V and constitutes therefore a Class III product, that’s means a very high security. In 2008 Moviecolor Bordocampo SMD has obtained the prestigious Product Certification: TüV GS.
For player safety Moviecolor® Bordocampo is provided with special, patented, bases with flexible movement to absorb impacts; it is also possible to adjust the inclination and height of each single module in order to have perfect connection and alignment in the entire pitch.
For the player and public safety Moviecolor Bordocampo is provided with special rubber profile, in order to avoid dangerous corners. The rubber profile is available also for the Basket ball version, FIBA authorized, with a special higher deepness.
The Moviecolor® Bordocampo has a protection grade IP65.

MOVIECOLOR® BORDOCAMPO: easy and intuitive software

The big difference between a static or rotary perimeter advertising and that LED electronic one is just in the possibility to have a managing software, eliminating all the inconveniences connected to the printing of the product and to can rely on a quasi real-time managing of the adverts. Moviecolor Bordocampo has its own software, just studied for the sport application. This software is easy and intuitive and allow the management of the playlists, showing the on display adverts times and many other functions…

MOVIECOLOR® BORDOCAMPO: SMD technology and NICHIA LED

All the Moviecolor® Bordocampo use exclusively NICHIA LED; world leader in the LED production. The initials SMD stand for last generation electronics; in terms of Led systems, they refer to a special type of screen equipped with SMD Led. But in reality the characteristic of these new LEDs is not so much that of being SMD, but of containing all three primary colours (red, green, blue) in one single component. (for this reason called three in one). Also, SMD screens do not contain elements reflecting external light, meaning high contrast, uniform light distribution in all directions and incomparable chromatic fidelity. Vice versa, traditional LEDs have small reflecting parabolas, in hemispherical clear transparent plastic. The parabola increases outward luminous energy and increases its efficiency, but it is no longer perfectly uniform and, above all, reflects part of the external light changing the chromatic characteristics of the screen.
